This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds work for BachatAI's Pro plan. By subscribing to BachatAI Pro, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Free Plan
BachatAI's free plan is completely free and does not require any payment information. There is nothing to cancel or refund on the free plan. You can use it indefinitely.
2. Pro Plan Subscription
The BachatAI Pro plan is a monthly subscription priced at ₹299/month. Subscriptions are processed and billed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, depending on your device. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms of the respective app store.
Key details:
- Billing occurs monthly on the date you first subscribed
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Payment is charged to your app store account
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation must be done through your app store account — BachatAI does not process payments directly, so we cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
On Android (Google Play Store):
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Find BachatAI and tap Cancel subscription
- Follow the on-screen instructions
On iOS (Apple App Store):
- Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions
- Find BachatAI and tap Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
After cancelling, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Once the period ends, your account will automatically revert to the free plan. No data is lost when downgrading.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Within 48 Hours of First Subscription
If you subscribed to Pro for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase. Contact us at support@bachatai.com with your registered email address and we will assist you with the refund process through the respective app store.
4.2 After 48 Hours
After the initial 48-hour window, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Since BachatAI Pro is a digital service that provides immediate access upon purchase, refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods.
4.3 Exceptions
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- You were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription (billing error)
- You were charged multiple times for the same billing period
- A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing Pro features for a significant portion of your billing period

4.4 App Store Refunds
Since payments are processed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you may also request a refund directly through your app store. Each app store has its own refund policy and processing timeline. We recommend reaching out to us first so we can help resolve the issue.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (your app store account). Processing times vary:
- Google Play Store: Typically 3–5 business days
- Apple App Store: Typically 5–7 business days
The exact timeline depends on your payment provider and may take longer in some cases.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Pro plan after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
